Regarding the Product Warranty, we declare that the equipment produced by RJB HOME is guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects (mechanical) and 6 months against manufacturing defects (electrical).

The guarantee of RJB HOME’s equipment is limited to the replacement or repair of defective equipment when verified and recognized by RJB HOME.

RJB HOME shall under no circumstances be liable for loss of time, production costs, labor, materials, loss of profits, incidental, special or consequential damages, direct or indirect, for defective equipment, whether for cause of claims under the terms of the contract of sale or otherwise.

This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties of any nature, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness, or for any measure of service, or fitness, or for a particular purpose, not bearing any disclosure to RJB HOME of the use for which the equipment is put.

The sale of RJB HOME products under any other guarantee, expressed or implied, is not authorized and there are no guarantees on materials or products that are produced by anyone other than RJB HOME.

This warranty does not apply to parts subject to normal wear and tear, equipment subject to improper use, problems or defects caused by technicians not authorized by RJB HOME

The warranty for RJB HOME equipment can only be triggered when proof is provided that maintenance has been correctly carried out during the warranty period.
